Contracts 

Heres an example of a contract that I have for every photography job. I usually 

have two copies one for me and the other for my client. 

 

Example

1-2 hour Photo session

 Desired Package: Couple Portrait

As your photographer, I am committed to making your experience and photos the best.

You have selected the Couple Portrait Package. Which offers: 

 

• ​$75

• 1 hour photo session

• No prints digital copies only 

• 10-15 high resoultion photos on a disk 

 

A payment of $75 is due at the end of the photo session. 

 

 

 

After the photoshoot, you will select  10-15 photos.  Within 1-2 weeks your photos will either be delivered by mail or in person along with digital copies or prints. Any questions that you have will be discussed in person a week or two before the scheduled photo shoot, or you can contact through phone or email.
